Our assistance service is available to everyone. We are at your disposal to answer any kind of question relative to our services. In particular you can contact us to get help on:

• how to proceed to place an order on the website 
• how to clear potential doubts while filling in the form
• service time, dispatch and return shipment options
• how to proceed to prepare the shipment to send us

We have also opened an official point of sale (flagstore) in Milan. Those who have placed an order selecting in person delivery and/or pickup can bring and pick up their packages from Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 all day, at the following address
